Do You Start Your Day With A Plan?
It is said that our time management is only as effective as how well we plan it.
Do you want to get more work done in less time? Enjoy more personal time with your family and friends? And would you like to spend more time gaining momentum in life by reaching your real goals and desires.
If you are not spending at least 5 minutes every morning practicing visualization and planning your day, then you sure need to be… this will help you develop effective time management techniques.
Many people think or say, they are too busy to spend fifteen to thirty minutes every day trying to plan their day. Some people say that they have “just too many interruptions” going on to effectively take the time to plan their daily activities...
We have all had days where we may wake up late and have to hurry to get ready. And we all may have experienced a time when we are immediately scurried off to help a co-worker at work - before barely stepping one foot into the office.
These types of interruptions can be controlled.
Do not let them be your excuse for not planning when it comes to your time managing. Take the right action, and choose to be up earlier, or get to work sooner.

I like this post...
It shows that by making a simple plan for the day (or just a quick list of what to accomplish), really does set the tone for the day.
A related option is perhaps making the list for the next day the night before. This way, in case one oversleeps or some other event which must be seen to takes place, at least you have your goals for the day ready to get back to.
Plus, they are adjustable no matter when they are planned out.
