Take Control of Your Subconscious Mind And Change Your Life

The subconscious mind is a very powerful part of our brains that form beliefs. These beliefs will dictate how we live our lives.

But if your life is not going the way you want it to, you need to learn how to alter your subconscious mind. This may not be easy to do at first, but the extra effort to learn how will be worth it.

Read on to discover a little more about the subconscious mind and what you need to do to change it...

The mind consists of two main parts. It is the conscious mind and the subconscious mind. The conscious mind is kind of like the boss. This is where all of your thoughts are originated and transmitted to the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind acknowledges the thoughts that the “boss” sends it and carries out these thoughts.

The subconscious mind does not have the ability to think for itself or to rationalize what to do. It is simply a worker carrying out orders. The subconscious is also where your beliefs, feelings, attitudes and memories lie. Therefore, to make a true change in your life, you have to learn how to manipulate the subconscious mind.

The first step in learning how to control the subconscious mind is to learn what is stored there. Think about how you were raised and what belief system you were taught. Does this belief system interfere with you becoming successful in life? If so, then you need to change it.

It will be difficult to change your subconscious mind because your subconscious makes up 85% of your mind power. There are feelings and beliefs buried in there that have been present for many years. But if you are determined to change your life for the better, you need to learn how to re-program your subconscious.

There are many ways to do this. Some ways may work for one person and not the other person. It really depends on the individual. If you are a person that can easily let go of the deep buried emotions, then you can change your subconscious by changing the way you think.

For example, stop all negative thoughts and dwell only on the positive. Send messages to your subconscious that you are going to be successful and achieve everything you want in life.

Be specific. If you want a certain amount of money, concentrate on this amount and imagine yourself receiving it. If you want a particular house, visualize yourself in your dream home. As your subconscious picks up on these thoughts, it will begin to work on ways to make these thoughts a reality for you.

If you are the type of person who cannot let go of your deep buried emotions and problems, then you may need hypnosis to help you overcome your self defeating thoughts and behavior. But always remember, you have the ability to be totally in control of your own mind.

If you want to truly change your life you have to let go of those deep buried emotions and thoughts that have been holding you back all of these years.

It won’t be easy at first, but as you learn how to control the subconscious mind, you will start to notice awesome changes taking place in your life...

Power of The Subconscious Mind

When you think of yourself, do not only think of that part of yourself that appears on the surface. That part is the smaller part and the lesser should not be pictured in mind.

Think of your larger self, the immense subconscious self that is limitless in both power and possibility. Believe in yourself not just in a part of yourself.

Give constant recognition to all that is in you, and in that all have full belief and confidence – why do you need to do this? In using the power of the mind, the deeper the action of thought, will and desire the greater the result!

In defining the subconscious mind, it is first necessary to state that it is not a separate mind. There are not two minds. There is only one mind, but it has two phases the conscious and the subconscious.

We should think of the subconscious as a finer mental force, having distinct powers, functions and possibilities, or as a great mental sea of life, energy and power, the force and capacity of which has never been measured.

The conscious mind is on the surface, and therefore we act through the conscious mind whenever mental action moves through the surface of thought, will or desire.

But whenever we enter deeper mental action, we touch the subconscious, though we must remember that it does not become obvious to the conscious every time we touch the subconscious, as the two are inseparable and united as one.

We call into action the subconscious mind everyday in countless different ways, but perhaps most frequently for the purpose of remembering. Everyone has had the experience of trying to recall a name that used to be familiar but has now slipped from consciousness.

Sometimes it seems to be almost on the tip of your tongue – yet when you say it, it does not sound quite right. So you give up. Then, a few hours later, almost miraculously, the name comes back to you clear and exact, together with many facts associated with it.

The subconscious mind, you see, is not only a thinking machine; it is also the storehouse of memory. It has filed away in it, in order everything you have ever known.

You could say it contains hundreds of rooms with filing cabinets, packed with millions of details that have been a part of your experience. Even when you have consciously given up the search for the detail you wanted to remember, the subconscious goes on seeking, trying one filing cabinet after the other until it has at last found the answer for you.

You can use your subconscious mind to develop a wonderfully efficient memory!
Your memory never really loses or forgets anything, once something is placed in it properly.

Remembrance and recollection depends mostly upon simple methods of indexing and cross-indexing subjects in your mind.
