“To change external conditions, we must first change the cause.”
That nails the essence of karma, I suppose. Everything that we experience in our normal waking state enters the human mind. Much of it, however, is saved in the unconscious. Since what we put in must also come out, it explains why some of our actions can sometimes get weird. We only focus on what we consciously perceive. If we only have the power to monitor all the information that enters our mind, things will be better. Nice video. Thanks for sharing. =)

excellent one.In olden days and now also Saints operate in subconscious mind where they know everything.
they need not study, they can reply that is the power of sub conscious mind. very powerful and fast. this can be trained by constant practice of meditation

The commentator meant to say our conscious mind and subconscious mind respectively. In other words, the conscious takes in less bits of information than the subconscious mind does.
